Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales manager to join our Crypto Market Making Sales team, who can onboard new clients and build a trustworthy relationship with our existing partners.

Responsibilities
- Close deals and onboard new clients.
- To be in the constant collaboration with the account and operations teams to make sure we retain new clients. Understand clients' special needs and assist our operations team in developing customized solutions tailored to achieve project goals.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of trading systems for clients, ensuring seamless integration and operation within our market-making infrastructure.
- Proactively enhance our clients' experience by identifying opportunities to expand our scope of work as the primary point of contact for clients. Work closely with the operations team to identify areas to be optimized, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the trading infrastructure.
- Manage the CRM and be precise with the data.
- Collaborate with your fellow account managers to ensure we deliver measurable results and provide the best service.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales.
- A strong understanding of financial and cryptocurrency markets is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in other languages is a big plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
- Be a proactive team player.
- Be autonomous as we don’t appreciate micromanagement.
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, with a desire to contribute.
- Trading experience is a big plus.
