Position Overview
​The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission by effectively managing client relationships, optimizing market making strategies, assisting with trading system setup, and collaborating with other account managers to provide 24/7 client support coverage.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the performance of our market making system, utilizing tools for data analysis and reporting to optimize the work of the bots.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to onboard new clients, understand their specific liquidity needs, and develop customized solutions tailored to reach project goals.
- Assist in setting up and configuring trading systems for clients, ensuring seamless integration and operation within our market making infrastructure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing customer support, addressing inquiries, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their market making strategies.
- Work closely with the development team to identify and troubleshoot technical issues or system anomalies, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the trading infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive tracking reports, trade executions, and performance metrics, providing valuable insights in the reports to our clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CMT) preferred.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, including trading mechanics, order types, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt and to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, with a desire to contribute to the growth and development of the industry.
